Files you choose.
Start with a private workspace on your device, or open a compatible folder. Tasks live in JSON; notes live in files. Your file provider handles any folder sync.
Connect when it helps.
Gmail is optional. So is on-device AI, available on compatible devices with Apple Intelligence. Core tasks and notes need no NoteBoard account.
